B.J. Glassel is a debut author described by his editor as “Wisconsin’s Jack Kerouac but with a sense of humor.” His love of story-telling and the experiences he gained through a lifetime of encounters has led him to write his first book.
From his early years growing up in industrial Milwaukee to “wandering” out to California to create a new life amongst the famous and infamous, he recalls in detail some amusing moments that made him the man he eventually became.
Told with a dash of wit and a generous measure of honesty, Those Days is a compilation of stories that do their best to evoke the times he lived through, the songs that made it special for him, and the added historical context that provides real depth to anyone who had even a passing association with the latter decades of the 20th century.
